01 - 2 large flour tortillas, 8 to 10 inches

02 - 1/2 cup hummus
03 - 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

04 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
05 - 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
06 - 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
07 - 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced (optional)

# How to make it:
01 - Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
02 - Spread 1/4 cup hummus evenly over the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
03 - Arrange the spinach, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and optional red onion and cucumber over the hummus layer in an even distribution.
