# How to make it:
01 - Arrange chicken breasts in the base of the slow cooker.
02 - Combine salsa, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
03 - Secure the lid and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours, until chicken reaches fork-tender consistency.
04 - Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the cooker and stir well to coat with sauce.
05 - For each serving bowl, layer cooked rice, then top with black beans, corn, and salsa chicken.
